We want you to be 100% happy with your order! Thus we would provide a replacement in case the item sent is defective. Please check the conditions as mentioned below for the items to be approved for returns.
Conditions for returns –
- The returns will only be approved if the item(s) to be returned are unused with original packaging and that the customer contacts us within 3 business days of receiving the item.
- Discounted Sale Items will not be refunded.
- Any items damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for returns.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Also, any shipping and handling costs involved in returning the item will not be our responsibility.
- Returns will not be approved for any customised gear.
- Exchanges will only be approved if we have the size or colour variations of the newly requested item is in stock. Else no exchange will be approved. Customers are advised that they cross check and ask for dimensions and/or sizes and check if specific colours are in stock before the purchase is made.
- Once approved Returns will only be made to the original purchaser.
